David Shoemaker is a DJ, producer, & educator from Pittsburgh, PA. As DJ Shoe, he bridges Hip Hop, R&B, and Global Club Music in both his mixes and production. By day, he’s a teaching artist at YMCA Lighthouse Project where he leads instruction for their DJing, remixing, and mobile beat making courses. At Tzohar, he teaches students how to produce music in the digital era, record instruments, and use their voice in new and creative ways.
