In order to have your Tzohar transcript sent to a college/institution you will need to complete the following form and pay for each copy of your transcript.

 

The fee for the initial transcript is $20, every transcript after that costs an additional $5 per transcript.

 

After submitting the form below, select the number of transcripts you are requesting to be redirected to our payment portal.
